I had several exchanges with Neils with excellent results for both of us, I believe that Jessica she's right by suspecting the mailman. We are all human and mistakes will happen but sometimes a little communication goes a long way to solve some issues.

I have noticed that in Denmark and the Netherlands they often steal packaging and censor as during World War II.

It could be Border Control - a received quite few letter, which had been open by Border Control.

Nielst is not that kind of member, who is sending empty envelopes!
We should wait for his statement.

It is necessary to pack the shipment well. Use cardboard inside the envelope, black paper and write the address clearly and legibly in block letters and not in handwriting. When someone from the USA does not write the country, e.g. California but the USA. California does not exist as a country. When someone from Great Britain is not written, England will write Great Britain. England does not exist. If someone from Germany does not write that they are from Bavaria, but from Germany. Bavaria does not exist. If someone is from Mexico, you will not say that they are from Veracruz, but from Mexico. Veracruz does not exist. Etc., etc.
Thus, it is best to copy the address to a computer, then print it, cut it out, and stick it on the envelope as a label. To avoid the above problems.

This is Nacho's father writting.
We would like to inform you that the envelope was correctly closed.
Our postal service is very good and their employees very honest. Our Spanish Postal Service has strict behaviour code for their employees. Very safe. We know about and we want to share this feeling with you.
We dont have in our country any type of Border Control within EU. There is no politic or censor service. We live in a democracy since Franco died by 1975.
Simply, my son found an empty envelope with a letter. No stamps within. I saw it.
It is very simple. All other solutions also tested.
But we would like to inform you about this.

of course !! it was late 70's and we had at that time our first foreign players like Alan Simonsen, Johan Neeskens and of course Johan Cruyff. But Hans Krankl left a very good memory with us. 29 goals first season, champions of the European Cup of Cup champions.... but he had a car accident too with his wife. Nice and Great Hans Krankl.

Dear collectors! Thank you for kind words according to my exchange with different collectors. I am very sad about the exchange together with nacopl, but I try to tell my history.
I received a lot from the father some months ago including 25 damaged stamps, many definitives (my profile say no wanted) and rest of the stamps older ones and all without interest - normal ones. I gave a "2" and later on he tried to asked me for change to a better one. I refused.
And now a letter to the son - think, he received about 7-10 days. But booked 57 days - why so late. Many other exchanges out/in has taken up to 100 days for him. Thats correct, that I included some CTO, but the profile tells nothing, when I send - changed later on together with age of the son 8 - 10 years now. I know, that there were stamps inside the invelope!!!! As I told before, I think the bad character for the lot from the father is the reason.

Envelope was empty with just one letter.
You sent already to my son previously with only CTO's. No problem.
But now, you send an empty envelope.
My son is not a bin member. This has nothing to do with any other previous sending where you have been offered a replacing envelope. On the other side, you have not replied when you have been told your envelope was empty.

And Im afraid you are mixing melons with apples. This is just a random situation. But maybe there is a learning lesson. Dont send CTO if you dont want them. Make sure you put stamps within the envelope. Honestly speaking, and everybody knows in this club, we always make sure we send the stamps. We do over the amount and we always include lot of gifts to all of you. But obviously, we cannot expect everybody to be as much educated.

And finally, when some of our sendings take so late, it is because we are still sending for a 2nd and even a 3rd time because envelopes are lost. When we notice our envelopes are not getting into destination, we do repeat again, even if this has a cost.
