Expanding, me also OK with MINT or pen (pencil, marker) cancellation. OK "on paper" for unsoakable items (like new from Australia, Italy, USA), others. Limited OK with CTO from Mongolia, Yugoslavia, Bulgaria as well. "Mix of countries"; uncomplete series; and lovely time frame: whole 90's, also latest years of issue of course, are very WELCOME!
