U. S. Postal Service filed notice with the Postal Regulatory Commission of mailing services price changes to take effect July 14, 2024. The new rates include a 5-cent increase in the price of a First-Class Mail Forever stamp from 68 cents to 73 cents. International letter from 155 to 165 cents.

2024 postage rate for International letter up-to-50-g is 750 KZT (eq. 1,66 USD) for "ground and/or combined method of delivery", and 800 KZT (eq. 1,77 USD) for airmail.

why would postal rates increases in a country change "the quality of the contents"?!

A letter from Norway to Europa is now around 2,70 Euros and to the rest of the world more than 3 Euros.And the rates will increase from January 1st. Can we also expect an increase of the quality of the contents?
