I wonder does anybody know if dipastamps and bobugori is the same person.From Italy.It`s the same request,but different profiles and addresses.I send a letter 40 days ago to dipastamps and till now he has not received it.Now bobugori came up With the same request about stamps till 1980(very very old ones)and so on.

Yes Natalia, I really got 45 damaged stamps. I sometimes receive 100 stamps I already have but I put 5* because people doesn't know which stamps I have. I send my duplicatas here and on others swap website. The only thing I don't accept are damaged stamps and CTO.

But, I thinl, that the proposal of CambiosClub will be useful for negative rated swaps because it wiil clarify the rating criteria of the receiver for all the remaining club members. Unfortunately, the photos don't reflect the objective point very often...

i just wanted to let you know about my experiment & how some people rate their own sending with neutral...
they want to send crap & receive goods

When I added the mandatory upload of pictures on all negative ratings, I had removed the display of those pictures at the top. The reason was that since its mandatory to upload photos on all negative exchanges but it's optional on the rest of them, the proportion of negative/positive photos will not be fair. This could give the impression that there are more negative exchanges then they really are.

I put back the display for negative rated stamps for now.

For the future I plan to add a photo gallery where to see all photos and then I will display at the top only positive exchanges.

Remember, that this theme is about negative rated stamps' pictures :)
I think that for such negative rated swaps the proposal of CambiosClub (the system do the qualificationis with 4 questions) will be very useful and visual for the club members.

I received a letter from user Olga (by the way - same name & same wishes, but different address I already sent and got 5 for sending MINT CEPT 2018)
stamps were poor, bunch of definitives, Russian ones glued together, cca 10 % damaged, etc... and on cover reused russian definitive stamps. But I gave 4, because ammount was ok and because i hate to go lower

I made an experiment - I switched just damaged stamps and I sent back, what I received...
and guess what!
I got a 3! rating

Some people are their own enemies and they have double standards

I think the idea from CambiosClub is great. Everone from us knows the Rating System of eBay.
We could also create categories, e.g. 100 stamps or less, unique or doubles, good condition or damaged, nice cover or not, Consulting the other member's wishes……….
At the end there will be an average rating of all categories, which will be deciding for the the position table.

you got your 5, because they were really nice stamps, but no use for me, so someday someone else will get them - thats all purpose of this - find home for every stamp, not filling our wantlists by catalogue (can do that in private exchanges)

I am new to this site, but I have seen in several conversation topics, that a topic is repeated and it is the quality of the stamps received and the process of qualification.

I have not had the privilege yet of scoring my first stamp arrival, but I have seen the score page and it is more focused on a subjective rating of the person receiving the stamps. Perhaps to help to objectivize the qualification process a legend could be put saying something like: "A large amount of CTO stamps, from Germany, from the USA, from Canada, does not mean a bad grade. It is not the objective of this Club".

The other thing would be to let the system do the qualification by asking the user questions such as:
a) Did you receive 100 stamps? Yes - No (Indicate how many),
b) All unique? Yes - No (Indicate how many)
c) Were they in good condition? Yes - No (Indicate how many)
d) Did you receive any extra? (nice cover, extra stamps, something from your want list, ...) Yes - No

I believe that this way the qualification process could be objectified.
