I am new here. But i am very sad after 2 months here. I sent a letter and i get 2 stars from someome with huge expextation. He give me 2 stars for no reason.
I have other letter lost.

I also asked did you get my letter? yes or no? so you threw stones at me and thought it was abnormal!

And I still do, I was misunderstood, I meant to say when you receive my letter.
Just doting the i's and crossing the t's.

100clubmember in one discussion, you criticize and strongly oppose this practice. here you yourself ask to register an envelope that has not been received. Bravo!!!Double standards are normal for you

Personally I feel that is a bad practice to register letters that were never received.
I trust the integrity of most members but let's face it, there are some rotten apples among us.

Szabolcs_H welcome new member! adding a photo is not necessary. but it leaves footprint in gallery and diversifies visual representation of website. Each combination (set) of stamps shooted (scanned) here and now is unique! Not seeing any photo - not subject of discussion... Stay with us: good news, as fulfilled your part of rules, soon (this term depend on mail service) you will receive first letter from another randomly member!

Blind swap is one thing, but at least try to provide the other with stamps (s)he doesnt have. Will make it more fun for everybody.
If 100 is a problem, try one of the smaller clubs.
If you are easy hurt maybe it is better to leave, but I would suggest give it a try.

@GPKnl, when you are at the beginning of the road, you don't have many stamp to exchange and you try to do your best to be appreciated. And since i'm done my best, sending more than the required 100 stamps, with no damage and no double, i'm very disappointed to receive 3 stars because i wasn't sent stamps according to the receiver's profile.

Pardon me, but i understood, here we doing blind swaps and not profile built exchanges.
so, yes, my feelings are hurt and i'm not sure i want to continue.

@100clubmember, on the instruction is not mentioned to save a picture for proofs. But you can see my trade and the receiver can always confirm what he received. His complain is not about quality, but too many commemorative stamps. Seriously? On a blind swap?

dont give up after just 1 trade. Try to learn from the examples shown everyday. I've had very bad experiences here with some trades. But most trades are just good. And some are fantastic!

Give it some time and dont expect to much. Pictures of the stamps as a sender or receiver will help.

But confirming that 'the situation is the same' is bs when you've just had 1 experience

Hard to take sides without seeing the stamps involved, how about a picture of the stamps?

i can confirm that too, i'm just recently joined and my first mail is 3 starred even if i sent 120 stamps with no damage, no doubles.... but the receiver had higher expectation on a blind swap.

After 3 years situation is same...

That's why I had proposed (on the 19th of May) to forbid the negative rating without any photo and explanations ( http://100stamps.club/discussions/messages/188 ).
But at the moment Danubius doesn't want to modify the rules.
