Plus, what he (philbrouckaert) does want - the first part of his wish list anyway - is way too specific for this group. Don't we all wish for 100 stamps of small islands in the Atlantic? And you certainly can't give a negative for too many Germany, Canada and USA. That really is a shame! As long as you send 100 all different stamps in good condition from these countries you should get at least 4. This is not a platform for specialty trades.
