A rating can always be changed by the person who received the stamps. She must click on Stamps exchanges at the left, than on Received at the upper right, than on the exchange ID of the trade that must be corrected. A new rating can be entered and confirmed. A trader that sends better stamps in a second letter deserves a better rating.

I sent stamps to the member(Anne-lies) to improve the note. She says she can not register the new note. I want to return to exchanges.

1 - you can ask an e-mail from your partner
2 - you can send a link with your pictures just in private converation, most of screenshot tools have that option
