After 108 days he no longer had to register when he had to give a rating of 4. I got a free slot after 90 days. It is a pity :-( I do not recommend as an exchange partner, the letter goes on a long time and you will not be thanked. He didn't send me a single stamp from Brunei, so I was disappointed, but I still gave him a rating 5 because I had 15 new stamps !!!
