That dyptic with astronauts is only worth for 5 star.
Always same problem...the ones rating 1 or 2 star, are really getting other members because of rules club

All stamps are themed, as requested by the correspondent. About CTO on the page does not say anything. It's just a farce and Ronald's desire to spoil the mood before Christmas. But the good mood before the holiday makes it so that I don't see Ronald with his 2 stars. Merry Christmas!

This selection would have been worth a 5* rating but CTOs are not postally used stamps therefore
breaking the rules. A 2* rating might be a bit hearse but I would not have rated it much better.
1st rule, 100 Used stamps. I'm repeating myself, is this so hard to understand?

Tony, the rules say "used"! Not more or less.
I cannot find the word "postally" in our rules.
CTO are used, because you can not use them for sending a letter (again).
That's my defintion.
Maybe admin should specify our rules, otherwise this endless story "CTO or no CTO" will never end!
