Used stamps exchanges.

I think that the sender deserves at least a 4 for the nice topical stamps that he sends. 4 or 5 bad stamps out of 100 is not enough to give a 2 to the sender. I would give him at least a 4.

Sorry Raymond, but CTOs are not real stamps to me and my profile explicitly says so. If I would pass this lot on to the next member, I run the risk of getting a bad rating myself.

I'm with Jessica, not as far as not being real stamps but to the fact that they are useless stamps, you can't use them as postage and certainly don't belong in a used stamp collection.
Why are the three simple rules so hard to follow?

@Tony: No, you can not use them as postage, because the are already used.
It is always the same discussion; are CTO used or not?
My opinion is always: Yes, these stamps are used, because you can not use them again for sending a letter.
@ Jessica: Maybe it was a mistake from the sender, because of lots of fishes :)

Wolf, when I said, you CAN'T them as postage, what I mean is, you CAN NOT use them as postage.
And contrary to everyones believe these stamps are not used, they where never on an envelope to perform their duty.

@jessica hello:) I would rate 3 if you are not happy. Rating 1 or 2 is very agressive and might leave a member out of the club. I would rather explain. Maybe this member wanted to please you, Im sure. Please, revert to more than 3. Lets not play the game of some others here. You are always very kind. What is the benefit of rating 1 or 2??

Thks indeed. It is frustrating when somebody rates 1 or 2. I had it and was blocked for weeks.

Like I've already told some of the members here, we have a great number of collectors that are
a pleasure to deal with, at the same time we also do have some rotten apples and JVS quote "man is a wolf to man" seems to be their motto.
