I've sent 9 letters to him and have 1 in progress, and always received a 5* rating from him. As of today I haven't receive a single letter from him, I certainly hope that I don't get the sane treatment that you did. Something doesn't make any sense, I send 10 letters to the same recipient (Diego) and have not received 1 in return from him?
