Used stamps exchanges.

this is a nice mint stamp lot
why 2 star ??

How many stamps do you see?

I imagine 2 stars because requirements - 100 different undamaged used stamps per exchange - were not met. I am a newbie here, but I probably would not even have given 2 stars (but would have consulted with the sender beforehand to see whether he/she perhaps misunderstood the rules).

No, he didn't missunderstood the rules.
It's the third time in this year, that he only sent around 25 mint stamps to different members!
2 Stars is ok. I gave the same!
I sent a message to him, no answer so far.

@debester: 25 mint stamps, not cheap by the way, but I would not discourage him

@francespf:
100 stamps - 5 stars,
50 stamps 2,5 stars
25 stamps - 1,25 stars
23 stamps - ?
Just maths.

If it is the third time this has happened in recent times, why are there no consequences, such as exclusion or at least an ultimatum ?

sad..

@Snowmark it's is the third we know of, can be more...
But with this rating, the second 2 for diego there are consequences. He is out of this club untill wuff67 or debester will raise their rating.
Like to hear from diego the reason for sending just 25 stamps

I can understand be 3 or 4 stamps short, but 77?
