Are these stamps stuck together?

The letter was stamped 22-5. Sealed in plastic, the letters were wet, and the stamps were moldy. I had to throw everything away. All thecstampsxwerexstuck together

I understand. But this is obviously not the sender's fault, but the post office's. There's nothing more you can do than wrap the shipment in plastic.

I understand that this is not a fault of the sender. The few stamps I saw looked nicely. (Belgium, Sri Lanka = my wish list)

I'm sorry that you received the letter in that condition. I have updated the rating from 1 to 4. It seems that the sender followed the rules and there were also stamps that you would have liked. It's not the sender's fault.

Just my opinion, but I've sometimes received stamps that were stuck together. I soaked them in warm water & most of them were recovered. I don't know about the mould though.
