CTO nejsou v rozporu s pravidky klubu, proto 2 hvězdy považuji za velice nepřiměřenou tvrdost. Nerespektování přání, pokud nejsou porušena pravidla klubu (poškozené známky, počet pod 100) bych bral jen jako důvod snížit hodnocení o jednu hvězdu,

I agree with the 2 stars. These are not real stamps in my opinion. Mint stamps with special cancellations are okay for me. But these were mass produced and very often not at all used in the country of issue.

Zobrazené známky mají autentická razítka, český jazyk má pro ně termím "razítka z ochoty" a bezpečně je lze poznat jen pokud mají ještě lepidlo. Pokud nejde o větší kolekci nebo známky s lepidlem tak vypadají často jako známky odlepené z dopisu mezi filatelisty kde si odesilatel ny poště vyprosil tak zvané "pečlivé razítko". Všechny vyobrazené známky se v Maďarsku používaly v běžném poštovním provozu. Navíc 2 hvězdy nemají oporu v regulích klubu. I když Maďarsko nesbírám tak bych uvedenou kolekci bez problému vyměnil za jiné známky mezi českými sběrateli.

I agree with Jessica, CTOs were mass produce with no intention to ever have postal use. Most collectors despise them. It's okay to send whatever duplicates you have and when possible try to send some of the requested stamps by your trading partner, but sending stamps that you know will not be welcome should always be avoided.

Napsal jsem že bych chápal 4 hvězdy - bylo jich 100 a žádná poškozená takže byly splněny pravidla klubu, akceptoval bych i 3 s výhradami, ale 2 jsou likvidační.
Pokud jde o Maďarsko a vlastně i Československo tak razítka z ochoty měla část nákladu běžných známek a byly určeny hlavně pro děti s cílem podporovat sběratelství jako zájmovou činnost. Je zajímavé že nikdo nediskutuje tzv. vázané hodnoty - známky většinou s vyšší nominální hodnotou či hodnotou neodpovídající tarifním potřebám pošty které se běžně prodávaly v obchodech pro filatelisty (Československo firma POFIS) od prvního dne dráž než nominální hodnota - primárně určené pro sběratele a vydané v malém nákladu. Ale i ty dostala pro běžnou potřebu některá malá pošta a každý člen klubu filatelistů v maximálně 4 kusech. Ono se to obcházelo tak že sběratel přihlásil do klubu třeba i manželku či dalšího z rodiny.

If they receive old postage stamps and CTOs, they are very unhappy. I do not want it. In Russia today it is almost impossible to get modern postage stamps that have actually been mailed, except for the standards, of course (but many people don’t like them either).
