But you didn't hurt him so sent good manner and polite feedback. Few days later you happened to send the member.
The member received your lot. He sent you your copy&paste message and bad judgment.
Why isn't it harassment? He remembered me so sent me my copy&paste message and bad judgment!
so crazy!
I'm saying the member copy&paste my last feedback message and sent to me!
It means when he received my lot, he understood sender is me, try revenge and sending me my copy&paste message.
I wouldn't feel anything if he sent me his message.
I'm really sorry to leave for me.

I ask the other member to say his/her point of view about this. I see the similarity in the review that you got and this can't be a coincidence. It suggests that you have received a lower rating then you deserved. I understand your frustration especially since you have received so many positive ratings.
Maybe the word "harassment" is too strong for this situation. This ratings are to some degree subjective no matter how good rules we can have. I suggest that you don't take them personally. I'm sure there are many more positive experiences that you had here for which you might want to stay then there are reasons to leave.
I already sent "delete my account request" to Admin.
I felt very uncomfortable this accident but I know Admin won't do about crazy member.
I decide "if the member don't leave this project, I leave."
I looked his recently exchanges.
When he sent lot to a member and judged neutral or negative,
and he received lot from the judgement member, he judged bad rate as revenge.
This time his judge is bad although I sent him good stamps and wrap and tape in plastic bag.
His message was;

I remember I sent about 120 stamps, I didn't send him postcard!

I got TR-22 before, bared stamps and postcards in large envelope, many stamps are damaged.
I needed negative stars but I sent him good manner polite message.
The member said these are damaged stamps so 3 stars.
I received many damaged stamps from the member and judged negative rate before, so it's just harassment .
