OK, so I know that according to club rules, it is OK to send CTO's. However, I ask people not to do so. Fine. so there are a few CTO's included. No big deal. But today I went through an envelope from a traded in Italy ....42/100 stamps were CTO's. Come On !!!
Yes, I saw that discussion. Andrew was asked to provide some sort of rationale for his evaluation. He went dark on this topic. So its a mystery to the rest of us. I have begub to keep notes on what I am being sent. I got 100 definitives a while back. When that collectors name comes up, you know what will be in the envelope.
