Used stamps exchanges.

hi all
i once again received letters from India... i like those, but i know when i see them, that i will receive poor quality stamps. I dont mean just bad/common materials (which is common), but i think about damaged stamps... every time there is so much damaged, that i cant comprehand, how can you pack these - i mean - we all can not see some small damages, but getting 10+ stamps that all have been cut into...
why you even send that kind of material?

The worst is getting only a few Indian commemoratives when it's listed in your preferences and instead getting stamps from Europe and from your blacklist.

it takes A LOT for me to give negative rating... it is more a pattern, that I see in poor sendings from India

You should post a photo, it's much more telling.
