On May 27, I mailed a letter to Flavio Movra da Fonseca in Brazil. Today (December 6), The letter was returned to me stating in Portuguese that he moved. Can someone contact him to inform that he needs to update his address. Plus, I need the moderator to indicate that CA-3116 was unsuccessful mailed. Thanks

You can mark letters as "Mailed" or "Not received" after they expire (90 days). After another 90 days an automatic action to register or to cancel will be taken.
You can view the exchanges in this situation in the first page after login. Also, more info there too.

Maybe it's better to send personal info like the address in a private message.
