Used stamps exchanges.

I have used the option to send&receive to same user
I really thought that these are connected to 5 star exchange, but i guess it is not

i received a letter from user and stamps were so/so -> my grade was generous 4 (IT-661)
but i received a letter from same user again -> again 4 stars (IT-759)

i dont wish to exchange with same partners, if they send crappy stuff...

did anyone had same experience?

i really thought (and i find it fair and reasonable) that this is for 5 stars exchange only...

As a result: when you get bad stamps, the goal is to be objective and not to add more stars to the sender's joy ..

Ziga, if you give him 4 or 5 he will be reassigned for a new exchange.
