The envelope was in perfect condition. Nobody tried to open it according to me unless the job was a professional one. My partner probably forgot to put the stamps in the envelope. I have contacted him about this. I gave him a 3 until I receive 100 stamps. I will correct the rating when I receive his stamps.

btw, such stamping is invalid. The stamp must not be glued to one another stamps but next to each other. The postal laws are exactly for this.

I wonder: why put such stamps on the envelope! It's so nice and easy to use nice commemoratives! Why use stamps everybody has plenty of??

to bezkoch: it seems that not everyone in this club is a philatelist, unfortunately. Right philatelist glued to the envelope a nice commemorative stamps and the others leave it to the postal officials to sticking stamps on the envelope, so that what has stuck underhand.

my suspicion on someone's unfair economy or forgery by official (reuse of cancelled postages) on the sum 27 RUR or more)). It is difficult to catch and it is not punished strictly in RuFed therefore they sometime do so... damaging own mail service. Confirmation (to check it): see through light cancellation contours on the stamps "5 and "22" on it's left sides, under stamp "2.50" (pasted over them).
