Used stamps exchanges.

Should I rate it with 2 or 3 stars?

The rules of the club say:
"Unique stamps, no doubles". You have sent 15 double stamps (15%).
"Stamps in good condition". You have sent 5 broken (5%).
You have also sent too many definitive stamps.

I'm angry with this shipment. I give you only 3 stars (I should give you only 2). Sorry

103 unique stamps, 114 in total, you can't complain about that.
But I agree many definitives. 3 stars is a good rating

On stamps with coats of arms can be different year of release. What do the brands mean?

Вова, you are right.
For example:

The stamps with the coat of arms are all from the same year.

3 stars is a good rating
