Why only 2 stars ?
Well, I invite you to look at the previous exchanges of this member. He was already warned several times of the poor quality of his sending. Besides, it's not easy to see it in this picture, but 25% of the stamps were not in good condition.
With this approach of being "too kind", I think it's the active members who send interesting stamps who are going to give up. That's the biggest danger, in my opinion.
