Normally I like to rate 5 star, never ever a 1 or 2 star, 3 on rare occasion. Because there are 52 small vert common stamps of which no one wants it is difficult to rate 5 star, Being a nice person you get 4 star. I personally never send a definitive or a small stamp, usually all from United States, I have 1000;s of small stamps, but never send one, Hopefully the next exchange will be an improvement. (less small stamps) I will rate 5 star then
