What do you think, 2 or 3*?
It is only his 3rd.....

Be generous! Give a 3! :)

He is a new member, may be better 3*?

Changed it to a 3, so Natalia can't update her topic on the forum ;-)

No stamps from member's home country, India. But I noticed the following in his profile: "If you are sending me any Indian stamps, please make sure that its not newer than 1960 as they are easily available in my country." If easily available, why not send some ?
I've seen people complaining that they never get any Chinese stamps from members in China.
Why not make it a requirement of the club that, for example, at least 10% of stamps sent must be from home country ? Just an idea ....

snowmark, it's not so easy to receive the modern russian stamps from the real post envelopes, because people in Russia normally use the standards (definitives) or the illustrated stamped envelopes. The same, I think, is in China. Moreover there is enormous quantity of phylatelists there, so the chinese stamps are very rare in general.
Therefore your proposal is too rigid for some club members, IMHO.

Doubt if erverybody will be happy with my 10% Dutch stamps.
But I can use Russian or Chinese stamps from the 90's, even definitives.
Maybe we can mention such possibilities in our profiles. ( Instead of No this, no that or I can only use...)
