Most of these stamps are ones I don't collect or I don't need but it's not the problem. Problem is that otherwise I could send them forward but because they are in this condition, I don't dare to send them to anyone. :/ Almost half of the stamps were dirty but I soaked them and many were better after that. But the stamps in the picture are still as bad condition as before soaking.
