Thank you Kozou: the main problem is: new collectors without a collection or with a small old collection exchanging with partners who have build their collection and -of course- want to enlarge/expand their collection. I wanted to talk with sheeep89 myself about her lot and did not except the rating of the club; she explained and I decided to rate 3, because 1 is a very bad start.
