if you think you will get only what u state you need, please lower your expectations or consider finding another group.Giving bad rating because "you dont need those stamps" is peak moronism and expecting to get stamps 2023-2025 is utopia... Club rules are known and i couldnt resolve - you got these duplicates in one sending or you compare his 1st and 2nd sending?
if you received all duplicates in one sending, then i understand bad rating, but still - cant expect just themes you quoted - this is just guidance to make someone extra happy
