Hi Danijel, I am very disappointed that you have not responded to my earlier messages. I think if you do not give people the top rating you should be able to explain why. I hope yours was not just a "revenge rating" because I gave you a rating of 4 earlier ? My note relating to the stamp lot you sent me were ">30% small, old, common definitives, 8 damaged (out of 105)". I think a rating of 4 is justified in those circumstances, don't you ? But what was wrong with the lot I sent you ?
