@Anne-lies: there is a topic about this in the discussion section.
I believe we are limited on giving low rating.
Although I don't consider a 3 as a low rating but as "neutral"
That limitation was for 2 low ratings in the last 10 exchanges. I increased that to 5 more then a month ago. I don't think that is the system that did this.
It could be an error but its also probable that you have changed this by mistake before completing the registration.
I will manually change this to 3 as intended later today.
Yes, this is another limitation. You can increase the rating but not lower it. You normally don't need to lower the rating. The reason to change the rating originally was to improve a rating if your partner resends some stamps to compensate for some damaged stamps. The limitation was to prevent a member lowering a feedback as a revenge.
I have temporally suspended this limitation also since there have been 3 members that accidentally gave higher ratings and asked me to lower them manually. We will see how this option will be used.
I find this rather harsh as I sent you in total 123 stamps. 3 full sets of Australian stamps. Even with the doubles there were more than 100. Can you please explain how they were damaged as I never send ripped torn or folded stamps. Can I also ask why we cant send definitive stamps. I am a little disappointed as I am in a number of swap clubs and never have issues.
