Hi there, it has been 18 months and 115 exchanges since I received a rating lower than 5. I would appreciate information about why you rated 4 rather than 5.
My last rating lower than 5 is from december 2022. Lately I got a 4 from a member in Germany.
I contacted him for informations, but did not get any answer so far.
Very poor :(
