I'm a l worldwide stamp collector. I do not like CTO stamps very much, but I understand that for some countries there is no chance to get the really used ones. I also will not be very glad to receive common definitives issued before 2000. The most important thing for me is quality of stamps: no tears, damaged perforation etc.
I will appreciate the commemorative stamps from your country issued after 2010. The modern commemoratives from Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania also are very welcomed.
