Hello, I'm new here, so this is a simple question. I have had two of my exchanges I sent registered as received with 5 stars and my exchange limit is 3. What is the criteria for me to be allowed 5 in progress?

Your 2 lots will get status send, when they are received and registered by the receiver. Important to record the ID on your lot, so they can easily be registered.

Hi All.. I've recently joined and sent my first 2 envelopes. Apologies if this is a silly question, but how do I change the status of my 2 items to "sent"? They are sitting in "in progress"? Thanks

I agree, I respectfully suggest a "welcome email" when people register, explaining the rules again. Then a FAQ section on this website, with a link to that section in the welcome email. Examples of FAQ question:
How do I register an envelope?
What happens if I receive a low rating?
How does the sending limit work?
What do I do if someone forgot to write the ID on their envelope?
What happens if my envelope gets lost?
Etc :)

Hello admin, just a suggestion: can you devise a easily accessible place where this can be listed (perhaps on home page, or a separate tab)? This kind of general info about the club can be very useful to all members.

Another question: I'm now with 6 ongoing exchanges, but one is over 95 days without being registered. Should that be discounted from my in-progress allowances? I couldn't find the email explaining (perhaps a search button can be helpful too).
