Could you sent an email to all memebers of all 8 clubs to promote the 8 different clubs? To encourage users to register received lots / sent out the lots they have to?
I was very late with 3 lots sending out (sorry), and would have liked to receive a reminder after several days (say 30).

I think that sounds like a good idea. Many might not know about the other clubs.
I have two lots traveling for more than a month to inactive members (Norway and the Netherlands), frustrating why they dont login and registre the lots
