Today I received 100 stamps from someone in Nederland who IDed themselves on a piece of paper as dedichteo84, and included another slip of paper with the numbers "25, 26 + 27" but didn't include the proper 100stamps ID so I am unable to register the stamps... and not able to provide comments either.

There is no member with that ID. It seems that those stamps are not from this club.
