Hi everyone,
I’ve been exchanging stamps and old postcards for years and never needed special authorization.
Recently I noticed that some countries, like Italy, list “works of art and antiquities” as requiring authorization.
Do these rules also apply to collectible stamps, coins, banknotes, or old postcards, even if they don’t have high commercial value?
Has anyone here experienced customs issues with this recently?
