What to do with members who just ask for recent stamps?

Dear members,
I am in 3 clubs (25-50-100 stamps). Especially in 100 stamps club I have difficulty satisfying members who only ask for recent stamps, after 2000 even after 2015. I am more of a thematically and country-wise collector, I myself don't mind old stamps. But I seldom have 100 recent stamps to swap from their desired countries.
Especially many members send to me old stamps (which I certainly prefer myself). But then, when I pick up 2 members from 100 stamps club who demand for recent stamps, I really suffer. Also they say 'if you don't have any recent stamps from my wish list destinations, just send 100 recent stamps from your country'. But they also mention 'please no Germany'. But I live in Germany.
Does anyone also have the same problem?
How do you deal with it?
Yesterday I sent 2 members many mint recent stamps from Turkey (my previous hometown) cause I didn't have any recent used stamps (except Germany) left. But this is a 'used stamps club'. Maybe they will not be happy with mint stamps. Sometimes I feel like 'should we divide the club into 2? One for 'recent stamp collectors' another for 'collectors who don't mind the years'. Or should we suggest the members to make their profiles more flexible? Or should we recommend the 'recent stamp collectors' to send us also 'recent stamps' when they pick up our names, so we can have enough recent stamps to swap?
I would like to hear from other members who struggle with the same problem. How do you deal with it?
I will appreciate your answers.

Thank you so much for the tips Wulf67. I never thought of blocking but I think I should also block one or two members.
Have a great week end.

Hello. I always try to send a balanced mix of older and newer stamps. I always send a small portion of definitives, even if they're not requested. Of course, I'm also disappointed when I only receive stamps from the 1960s and 1970s, often none of which I can use for my collection. But if they're not damaged, I'll at least give them 4 stars. Over time, you get to know the members who don't follow the club's rules when rating them. And then I simply block them. 😁

Dear Sal56,
I am sorry for you. It seems to me a nice selection of stamps. Who rates a selection of stamps '1', as long as they are complete in number and not damaged.

Dear Carmela,
Thank you so much for sharing. I also have the same feelings. Sometimes I think: 'I am not running a philately shop, how can I provide anything you want'. From now on I will send within the 'club rules'.

Carmela
