Those are the current limitations associated with the negative exchanges. Some of these were implemented about one month ago.
The last 10 exchanges are considered.
1 or 2 stars are considered negative exchanges.
For 1 negative review received: The limit of simultaneous exchanges drops to only 2.
For 2 negative reviews received: Sending new lots of stamps is suspended.
A member can give only 2 negative reviews for other members.
A review can be changed for one year after it was registered. And it can be change up but not down.
I think it sounds like a good idea. Getting more than 2 should be rather easy, and that's what it takes to be a member here, simply to follow the rules makes atleast a 3 stars
You can send again if the reviews are changed from negative to positive or at least to a neutral. So if there are 2 negative reviews received you have to convince at least one of them to change your rating. We have the conversation section where you can contact your partners.
I assume that anyone will be willing to re-rate if a partial resend is done.
When you have 2 negative ratings you aren't ever able to make it up?
Or you can make it up by doing a re-send?
