I want to request a new adress, but there are no adresses available. Because of the logic, everytime my package is received by someone, that person requests a new adress and automatically gets my adress. The system is becoming a direct exchange instead of random.
Now I want to send a new package but I can’t get a new adress. Maybe we can open up slots for people who have expired incoming, this will open up opportunity and randomness again.

Hi, This situation can happen but it's not a rule. There are available slots but they are for members that you have already sent to. The settings from your account shows that you don't want to repeat members. You can chek your settings and choose to send/receive to repeated members. The system will select a partner ordered by the number of previous exchanges, meaning that members with 0 exchanges between you two will be selected first.
