i received a letter from Romania, marked as RO-1103
cant be registered - it was sent from Bucharest 25.10.2024

actually i dont care if you registered it! ALL - yes, ALL 100 stamps were damaged!! some missing teeth, some torn, some glued together - i even received 3 x half of a stamp
THIS IS PETTY!

if you know, who has sent me this, please block it for me - i dont want to receive that kind of pack ever again!

i dont have any data - nothing on the envelope, except stamp, wrong code and postal cancelation...
