Dear Admin,
if a letter is expired, the receiver is automatically dropped to the "blocked members" file. I think, there are a lot of cases, where we block each other without knowing! An expired letter should be no reason to block someone.
Maybe you can send an Email to all members to check their blocked files?

I have removed the automatic blocking for ratings of 1 to 3 stars and for expired exhanges.
You can block a member when you register an exchange (there is an optional checkbox) and when you cancel an exchange.

In my opinion we could remove the automatic blocking.

I added a number in red next to the "Blocked members" link from the left menu so it would be move visible.
Members are blocked automatically when a letter expires or when an exchange is rated with less the 4 stars.
Later was added the option to block someone when you register the ID.

If this more recent option is enough to block someone, I could remove automated way of blocking. Is that option from the "Register stamps" page enough?
