Used stamps exchanges.

In the Exchange options settings there is a check box to "Stop assigning my address for new exchanges" I assume I use this for when I am away. I am going to be travelling for 3 months so I want to suspend activity for that period. If I have misunderstood this feature please let me know

you are right. You can suspend your activity for that period with this check box.
