Had a look at the rankings just then. According to the FAQs the limit on Lots in Progress is 10, however there are two members in the top 10 who currently have 15 and 13 lots in progress respectively. How can this be ? Is it perhaps because some accounts were recently combined ?

Hi! There are 3 accounts from Russia that are in this situation after they were merged. I plan to merge other accounts as well for other members and there will be a few more in this situation. They will be able to send new letters once their "in progress" drops bellow 10.
