I have removed 3 accounts. Other 3 remaining, one for each member of the family. Don't share the accounts among you. The exchanges from the deleted accounts have been moved to the remaining accounts.

I do the same thing as you I cancel the exchanges with this person who has 6 accounts, even if this reduces my possibility of exchange

I have on option to merge accounts by moving the exchanges from one account to another.

Igor, Olga, how many members do you have in your family that are using this club? You mention a son, so I assume you are 3?

You can keep one account per member that is activly using the account. Is your son involved in selecting the stamps, preparing the letters? Does he have his own collection?

Igor, Olga, please lett me know what are the two accounts that you want to keep for you and if is the case to have one for your son. Also specify where to move the exchanges from the accounts that will be closed.

Regarding the multi account issue, I still don't know what is the best option. None of the ideas I had or you had will work 100%

I know real cases of members from the same family that use this club. If we only allow one account per address, then we will limit some members that have used this club fairly.

Maybe limiting to one person per account is better. The members in this situation will have to be transparent about the accounts that use the same address by mentioning them in their profile description.

You should cancel if you don't send a letter or you can mark it as "sent", "received" or "nor received" once they expire and you can view them in the home page of your account. After that they will automatically be canceled, registerd or they will be considered lost as explaind in that page.

The way I see it, you both used revenge ratings.
You should not register letters that you have not received and you should not give low ratings as a revenge.
None of you have used this registration and ratings fairly.
I have suspended your accounts from giving new low ratings. The same for the other accounts that you or you family is using.

It's obviously that multiaccount permission may results in revenge rating, when person with the only account will leave the club forcibly.
I think that multiaccount is a serious club problem in controversial situations. It has to be solved anyway.
