Used stamps exchanges.

Today I got an address for exchange. This member has no letter in progress and did not send and receive a letter since July 2019. Last activity is todays date. Is it enough to sign in and have a look for a moment to get active again??? I do not want to loose another 100 stamps.
Another thing is that the "cancel exchange" button is not visible anymore.

I have marked this as expired and "Not received".
This letter was automatically registered because the sender marked it as "Mailed" and you as the recepient have not marked it as "Not received".

After letters expire (after 90 days from the sent date), you have another 90 days to mark those letters either by "Mailed" for your outgoing letters or by "Not received" for your incoming letters.

It is important to take an action on each of thise expired letters, otherwise an automatic action will be taken.

You can view your incoming/outgoing expired letters and an explanation of this process in the first page after you log in.

I didn't receive the letter from nairaM ( Pl-574 ) so I don't know why is the automatic registration with 5 feedback?I tkink it can to 1 feedback?

I added a second condition. In addition to the 14 days login condition, a member needs to have a confirmed sent letter in the last 6 months.

I think Wolfgang's suggestion makes a lot of sense.

Members that have logged in in the last 14 days are considered for exchanges. In another club I got an address from a member who has no letter in progress, neither sent nor received a letter since 2018. Obviously this member has just signed in to have a look. I canceled this one.
Wouldn't it be better when members have in progress, sent or received at least one letter in the last 14 days to be considered for exchanges?

I have moved the cancel button in the account home page.

If slots are created while the member is inactive (not logged in the last 2 weeks), they will not be used until the member signs in again.
It's possible to send a letter and not sign in agin for some time. During this time the letter is registered and the sender receives a slot that will not be used until the member signs back in.
It is a good idea to contact a member if you have doubts.

some members have registered lost letters which they didn't receive. :-(
An email has been sent to those members who were not active, so there is a chance you will get those adresses. Wise thing to contact them and get them really active again!

Everything ok. I reached this member and he/she is active again. No further action necessary.
