I got back a letter today that I’ve sent from Canada to Slovenia. Stating Postal Suspension. I will try to send it agin in a few weeks.

I received today a letter from the UK (Northern Ireland) and an email asking me if I received a letter sent to me on October 8 from someone else, also from the UK, the postal service really is struggling to deliver mail from one country to another, I wonder if the UPU is aware of the current state of all the postal administrations.
