Letter from Latvia, incorrect ID

Hi - I received a letter from Latvia. The ID on the envelope has 4 numbers and it won't let me register the letter. Can you please let me know the correct ID. Thanks Lisa

The id for you is LV-155

Hi Ronald - it has the numbers LV-1010... I think it is the postcode. There are no other numbers on the envelope/inside. I think the user just forgot to include the 100stampclub code.

letters from Latvia should only have 3 numbers, could it be the landcode is NL in stead of LV ?
