I think we should remove bad members. If you have a rating lower than 4 after more than 10 trades, you should be banned.
For example user: FPINTO04. He is a cheater.

I didn't see his bad ratings before I rated his sending. Sometimes new members sent bad stuff and you can help them by rating a 3. So they know they should do better.
Next time I will do the extra work and rate a '1' for this.
