I regularly buy a 4 kg box of used stamps on paper from Bethel (a social enterprise for people with disabilities). They also include recent US stamps on paper. I don`t collect them as I can`t get them off the paper. I do not want to use all sorts of chemicals and talcum powder; too much of a hassle. However, there might be people on here who would love to receive them. Just let me know and I am happy to send them to you for free!
