You can view the list of incoming expired letters in the page "Stamps exchanges" section "Expired". You will find there details and you could contact your partners to try to find out what happened.
Unfortunately, some letters get lost in the postal system. If your partners didn't sent the letters, they could still send them and the letters can be registered even if they are expired. Or your partners can cancel the exchange and you will receive a letter from someone else.
