How am I going to send letter to a non diplomatic country?
Malaysia <-> Israel

If I am skip, I will feel sad and unfair to the exchange partner

I had managed somebody from US to send stamps on my behalf.
The stamps had arrived there but I was informed the quality is below par and short in quantity. I had rearranged a new shipment from Canada as a replacement.

It's the first time I come across this situation.
Have you tried to mail it? What did your local post office said?
What about other companies like DHL?
Let us know if you managed to mail it. If not, I will temporary cancel the exchange so that your partner wont lose the ticket.
